It’s the first day of spring here on the east coast (I don’t care what the weatherman says) and I would like to wish you all a refreshing one!

Slowly but surely now, new life will begin to come forth. The little birds, the flowers, the tiny buds on trees. And as we await their coming forward in all their transforming glory, may we also begin to come forward ourselves.

Let’s kick off the new season by saying what we need to say, doing what we need to do, being who we want to be. Just like the flowers dare to bust through frozen dirt for their place in the sun, we too can dare to show up and be seen in order to know the depths of our beauty.

The rain will come down, for sure. But so will the sun. And both will help us grow.

Happy spring!
